This website Supervivo.art (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) is owned and operated by Supervivo Megastore S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “us” or “we”), with registered office in Mijas, Spain. These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform and the sale of products by us and third parties through the Platform.

Sellers on the Platform There are two types of sellers on the Platform: “We” and “External Sellers”. External Sellers are independent third parties who offer their products through our Platform. While we provide facilities for transactions between you and the External Seller, we are not involved in the actual transaction between you and the External Sellers.
Orders You place an order on the Platform by following an ordering process and clicking on “Buy Now”. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation by email.
Prices The prices on the Platform include sales tax but exclude shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that we have already confirmed.
Payment Payment for products must be made by one of the methods described on the Platform.
Delivery Delivery will be made to the address you provide in your order. We are not responsible for delays that are beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds You have the right to cancel an order within fourteen days of the day on which you receive the products, subject to the following exceptions:
- Custom-Made Products: Any products that are custom-made or personalized to your specifications are not eligible for return. Once an order for custom-made products has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
- Food and Beverage Products: Due to the perishable nature and specific date requirements of food and beverage products, these items cannot be returned once purchased.
In the event that you wish to return other eligible products, you must notify us within the stipulated fourteen-day period. The costs of sending products back are the responsibility of the client. Products must be returned in their original condition, and we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our requirements.
